  19. On a RISC-based computer with multiple NE3200 network adapters
  20. installed, your computer may stop responding (hang) as Windows NT
  21. starts network services. If your computer does not hang, you may not
  22. be able to get one or more network adapters to work.

  24. CAUSE

  27. The NE3200 driver and Windows NT incorrectly report that all adapters
  28. are in the same slot in the computer bus.
  29.  
  30. STATUS

  33. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT
  34. Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in the latest U.S.
  35. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. For
  36. information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on the following word in
  37. the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
